3. Pic-up date

The handing over of machinery / facilities can take place only during our normal operating times and without jeopardizing the operation. Because of that you must coordinate the pick-up date with us. Claims for waiting times are excluded.

4. Liability and warranty

All machinery and equipment are sold from ground and/or location, as viewed and in the condition in which they are with delivery, without any warranty.
For the correctness of technical data and year of construction for the completeness of accessories and tooling as well as compliance with all accident prevention regulations of the safety requirements, we assume no liability.
Loading and proper securing of the machinery / equipment on the vehicle is with handing over matter of the buyer. For any damages caused during the loading and during transportation of the machinery / equipment, including third parties, the buyer shall be liable.
